Tes missions :
Présent sur les gros services (vendredi, samedi, dimanche soir – min. 6/mois)
Tu pilotes le rush, assures le flow des pizzas et la qualité top niveau
Tu interviens là où ça chauffe (pizzaiolo, service, accueil)
Tu garantis une expérience client 5 étoiles ⭐
Management :
Tu motives, encadres et fais grandir ton équipe
Tu recrutes, onboardes et formes les nouveaux
Tu planifies les plannings et gères les congés sans accroc
Tu fais vivre les rituels : 1to1, feedbacks, team reviews
Exploitation :
Tu veilles à la qualité, la rapidité et l’hygiène (objectif : +4,6/5 et +90%)
Tu gères les stocks, le food cost et les inventaires avec rigueur
Tu identifies les couacs et trouves direct les bonnes solutions

Your main tasks:
FROM CREATION TO PLATE EXECUTION
- Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
