La Felicità, c’est une équipe de 200 personnes qui animent un food market de 4500 m² & 1500 places assises au cœur de la Station F.
C'est 8 box qui se relaient tout au long de la journée pour satisfaire toutes les envies des clients : la Trattoria, la Pizzeria, Top Bun, le Panificio, le Train Dolci, la Caffeteria, le Cocktail Bar et le Biergarten.
En plus des valeurs qui nous animent (Authenticité, excellence, méritocratie et esprit d'équipe), l'équipe est stimulée par l'ENVIE et l'ENERGIE de satisfaire nos + de 1000 clients journaliers.
Tes missions :
Production quotidienne des pains de campagne, céréales, bruschetta pour l’ensemble de nos trattos (environ 250 unités/jour)
Pétrissage, façonnage et cuisson des pains
Gestion du levain
Nettoyage et entretien du matériel du labo
Gestion des stocks
Préparation du dispatch pour les trattorias

Tes missions :
Organiser ton poste de travail et assurer le nettoyage de la vaisselle, des couverts et du matériel de cuisine.
Communiquer avec l’équipe en cuisine tout au long du service.
Assurer le bon nettoyage de la cuisine et des annexes (carrelages et sols, plans de travail, local poubelle).
Aider l'équipe cuisine sur les petites préparations (lavage, épluchage, découpe légumes).

YOUR MISSION:
You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team!
You will be the first person our guests meet at the beginning of their experience, and it is vital you give a warm, welcoming and professional first impression.
You will be greeting and seating our guests, allocating tables and accommodating walk-ins.
You will master our bookings system, Sevenrooms, and ensure every booking and enquiry is managed.
You will be a good problem solver, responding appropriately when bookings don’t always go to plan.
You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor.
You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
