YOUR MISSION:
You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team!
You will be working in the kitchen preparing our cold dishes, antipasti and insalate!
You will follow the recipes and directions from the kitchen management.
You will be working alongside the Chef de Partie to help with training of the new Prep and Commis chef.
You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!

Tes missions :
- Accueillir et faire voyager nos clients en Italie pour faire de chaque étapes du service un moment chaleureux et convivial.
- Connaissance parfaite de la carte du restaurant (produits et des vins) pour conseiller et accompagner les clients dans leurs choix.
- Connaissance des techniques de vente pour optimiser ton ticket moyen et participer à la performance économique du restaurant.
