This is not a typical warehouse job.

At Big Mamma, you are the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes — from deliveries to small fixes in the restaurant.
In our restaurant Edmondo in Hamburg, you will have a key operational role with real autonomy and responsibility.

🚀 Your role & impact

You combine logistics and hands-on support in the restaurant:

  • Receive, check and organize deliveries (Wareneingang & Lagerorganisation)

  • Manage stock and ensure proper storage

  • Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams for daily needs

  • Handle small maintenance tasks (repairs, basic technical fixes)

  • Support the restaurant with practical, hands-on solutions

  • Ensure cleanliness and order in storage areas

👉 You are the person who makes sure everything works.

💡 What we’re looking for

  • Good German skills (min. B1/B2)

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse or similar role

  • Hands-on mindset and practical skills

  • Basic knowledge in maintenance (electricity, plumbing, repairs) is a strong plus

  • Reliable, organized and solution-oriented

Big Mamma est un groupe de restauration franco-italien fondé par Victor Lugger et Tigrane Seydoux. En dix ans, le groupe a ouvert 34 restaurants à travers l’Europe (France, Monaco, Royaume-Uni, Espagne, Allemagne, Italie, Belgique, Irlande) ainsi qu’aux Émirats Arabes Unis (Dubaï).

Notre mission ? Faire vivre à nos clients l’atmosphère unique des plus belles trattorie italiennes et créer des moments de partage authentiques autour d’une cuisine généreuse.

Au sein de l’équipe Marketing, tu seras au cœur de la relation client du groupe. Tu accompagneras nos clients avant, pendant et après leur visite, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes marketing afin d’offrir la meilleure expérience possible.

MISSIONS:

Relation client
  • Répondre aux messages clients reçus via email et WhatsApp.
    Gérer les demandes liées :

    • aux réservations (prise de réservation)

    • aux visites passées (questions, retours, réclamations)

    • aux visites à venir (tags, info complémentaires : exemple poussette, espace spécifique dans le restaurant…)

    • aux réservations de groupes ou événements particuliers - en relation avec les trattorie

Support aux restaurants
  • Faire le lien entre les équipes restaurants et les clients afin de trouver rapidement les meilleures solutions (groupe blink : FAST PASS - TRATTO).

  • Transmettre les demandes spécifiques aux équipes opérationnelles et assurer leur bon suivi.

  • Aider les restaurants à gérer les demandes clients complexes ou sensibles qui ne peuvent pas être traitées sur sevenrooms.

Amélioration de l’expérience client
  • Être disponible, à l’écoute et réactif pour accompagner les clients dans toutes leurs demandes.

  • Participer à maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client sur l’ensemble des restaurants du groupe.

Contribution au développement des réservations
  • Identifier les opportunités de cross bookings entre restaurants lorsque la disponibilité est limitée.

  • Orienter les clients vers les restaurants du groupe les plus adaptés à leur demande.

  • Contribuer à optimiser le taux de réservation grâce à un accompagnement client fluide et efficace.

Outils utilisés
  • 7Rooms – gestion des réservations / profil clients et visibilité des tables disponibles / optimisables

  • Fullwhere – gestion des demandes et suivi client

  • Outils de mailing / messagerie client (email & WhatsApp)

Profil recherché
  • Très bon sens du service et de la relation client

  • Excellent niveau d’expression écrite en français et anglais

  • Organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes en parallèle

  • Réactivité et sens des priorités

  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux

  • Intérêt pour l’univers de la restauration et de l’hospitalité

  • Être “problem solver” pour trouver / vendre les différents restaurants du groupes via le cross selling

Ce que tu vas apprendre
  • Participer directement à l’amélioration de l’expérience client et à la performance commerciale du groupe

  • Gérer la relation client à grande échelle dans un groupe de restauration international

  • Comprendre les enjeux opérationnels des restaurants

  • Utiliser des outils professionnels de gestion des réservations et du support client

  • You will master our bookings system, Sevenrooms, and ensure every booking and enquiry is managed.
