The Big Mamma Squadra is a family of over 2,200 people, all of whom share a passion for Italy. Our common goal? To give you the best moment of your day. If you've visited us before, you know that we love creating incredible dishes in a warm, lively atmosphere. If you don't know us yet, then an unforgettable moment awaits you. A company like ours thrives on the unique personalities that shape it. And that's exactly the kind of person we're looking for. If you have a great charisma, if you know little about gastronomy, but pizza is your life, or if you simply have a special talent for recognising pasta shapes– then you've come to the right place. Or maybe you're just a person with heart and a special energy – then we'd love to hear from you too. If you think you "don't have any special qualities," don't worry! We're a young, dynamic team, and we're growing rapidly. Many of our team members who started with us have become chefs or managers in less than a year. And they're on average 28 years old. So, as long as you bring enthusiasm and energy, you've come to the right place. We look forward to meeting you!

(Success) Stories
Our Values
Ten years ago, we wrote down what we believe to be the values of our project. Since then, they have been the pillars of the story we write every day, as well as the culture of our company. They can be summed up in four meaningful words which serve as a compass for every decision we make, big or small.
Meritocracy
We value enthusiasm and believe that everyone can learn as long as they love what they do. Our teams are young, with an average age of 25, and have incredible career paths. It's the idea of growing together and achieving our dreams collectively that drives us to go further every day.
Authenticity
Authenticity, because passion is more important than experience in our group and because the team is at the heart of the project. These are the notions of sincerity and solidarity that shine through in us, the pride of belonging to such a large family.
Entrepreneurship
We believe that anything is possible. It's possible to pursue big dreams, constantly evolve, and always start over. Optimism and independence are our core values, and we place great importance on remaining flexible, no matter what challenges we face.
Excellence
We want to give every person who enters our restaurant the best moment of their day. We constantly strive to perfect our processes and pay attention to every detail to offer our guests an unforgettable experience. Each new location is an opportunity to further improve our quality and create restaurants that become true institutions.
