Pour Palatino, notre restaurant italien lové dans le centre-ville historique, nous recherchons un(e) Junior Assistant Manager passionné(e) par l’excellence du service et l’art de l’accueil, prêt(e) à offrir à chaque client une expérience chaleureuse et mémorable.
Vous reportez au Manager de salle et incarnez nos valeurs d’excellence, de méritocratie, d’entrepreneuriat et d’authenticité au quotidien dans le restaurant.
Vos champs de responsabilités :
Responsable de la qualité du service
Responsable de l’excellence, régularité et rapidité du service, en accord avec la vision Big Mamma.
Responsable de l’accueil des clients.
Participe à la performance du restaurant
Optimiser les rotations des tables / cadence service, efficacité du staff pour redressage.
Garant du maintien du ticket moyen à l’objectif / briefing staff, demande de formations de vente produits si besoin, suivi performance des CDR et accompagnement individuel.
Assure le bon déroulement des opérations en salle
Responsable du respect de l’hygiène salle.
Force de proposition pour le maintien du People Cost en salle.
Contrôle des plannings de l’équipe.
Responsable des commandes & des stocks vins, vaisselles, tabliers.
Responsable de la caisse.
Responsable du respect du matériel.
Responsable de la réussite de son équipe en salle
Participation au procès de recrutement des nouvelles embauches.
Participation à l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants en salle.
Accompagnement de l’équipe salle au quotidien.
Acteur majeur de la bonne entente et cohésion de l’équipe.
