ASSISTANT ACHATS GROUPE (H/F)
Big Mamma renforce son département F&B et crée un nouveau poste d’Assistant(e) Achats Groupe pour accompagner l’équipe des acheteurs dans le pilotage des achats food & non-food destinés à l’ensemble de nos trattorias.
Un rôle clé, opérationnel et très varié, idéal pour un profil motivé, structuré et désireux de développer une vraie expertise achats dans un environnement international, dynamique et en forte croissance.
TES MISSIONS :
1. Support opérationnel Achats & Gestion fournisseurs
Assurer le suivi documentaire : chartes, codes de conduite, fiches techniques, certifications, contrats, attestations divers.
Mettre à jour les systèmes d’information achats Groupe : prix, références, fiches articles, catalogues, conditions commerciales.
Suivre la bonne diffusion des informations produits auprès des pays (France, UK, Espagne, Allemagne…).
Gérer et centraliser les litiges fournisseurs Groupe (qualité produits, erreurs de livraison, prix…)
Préparer les supports de réunions fournisseurs (KPI, historiques achats, écarts…).
Accompagner les acheteurs Groupe dans la conduite de leurs appels d’offres (sourcing produit, suivi échantillons, testings produit)
2. Data achats & support contrôle de gestion Achats / Logistique
Suivre la fiabilité des données dans les outils achats : prix, volumes, fournisseurs, catégories, pays.
Faire du clean data régulier pour garantir des bases propres et exploitables.
Contribuer au suivi mensuel du budget achats : extraction des données, mise en forme, analyses préliminaires.
Aider à analyser les écarts prix, volume et inflation.
Préparer les tableaux de bord Groupe (KPI achats, savings, ruptures, performance fournisseurs…).
3. Contribution aux projets RSE : B-Corp & Bilan Carbone
Récolter les données nécessaires aux reportings B-Corp et Bilan Carbone.
Suivre les documents fournisseurs liés aux engagements sociaux et environnementaux.
Participer aux projets autour du bilan carbone des achats, de l’optimisation packaging et des alternatives responsables.
Aider à sensibiliser les fournisseurs aux exigences RSE du groupe.
TON PROFIL :
1 à 3 ans d’expérience (achats, supply chain, assistant commercial, achats ou logistique).
Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 (commerce, achats, agroalimentaire, gestion…).
À l’aise avec les chiffres, les outils et les données.
Structuré(e), organisé(e), rigoureux(se)
Curieux(se), volontaire, envie d’apprendre et de progresser.
Bon relationnel, sens du service et goût pour le travail en équipe.
Français et anglais professionnels indispensables (l’italien est un gros plus)

Your mission: the purpose of the mission is to build a uniform Big Squadra’ s event strategy in Germany and to increase its volume and profitability for the whole country.
