As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:
Developing recipes, managing the pizza service during preparation and training junior staff in pizza-making techniques.
Working in our pizzeria section and crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, from preparing the dough to the final finishing touches
Respect health & safety standards and maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation
Work hand-in-hand with your teammates during busy services

About You
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
A big smile and real passion for Italian food
Strong experience as a Senior or 1st Pizza Chef ideally working with authentic Neapolitan pizza

En tant que DIRECTEUR/TRICE DE RESTAURANT, vous reportez au directeur des opérations et vos champs de responsabilités sont les suivants:
Excellence Opérationnelle:
• Garant de la bonne tenue du lieu au quotidien: Avoir un lieu chaleureux, une équipe souriante et attentive aux clients
• Atteindre l’excellence opérationnelle : être une courroie de transmission entre les différents services, entre l’équipe salle et la cuisine, pour la bonne fluidité de l’information entre tous.
• Être force de proposition pour améliorer l’expérience client, être dans une démarche d’amélioration continue. Garant de la bonne note du lieu sur les réseaux sociaux • Assurer les privatisations avec professionnalisme et rigueur
• Être garant de la résolution à 100% positive des litiges clients et débloquer 100% des situations pendant le service.

• Gestion du P&L consolidé
• Garant du ticket moyen conso

Management:
