Le Poste:
Bras droit financier du Group CFO, vous prenez la responsabilité du pôle Corporate de la Direction Financière Groupe : consolidation et communication financière, projections Groupe et holdings, trésorerie et financements, M&A et opérations corporate.
C’est un poste de leadership, au cœur de la stratégie et de la transformation en cours de la fonction Finance : structurer une machine financière fiable et rapide pour piloter impeccablement un groupe de 300 M€ sur 10 pays, tout en intégrant la croissance et le déploiement de l’IA.
MISSIONS :
Consolidation, normes & communication financière: vous garantissez la production des comptes consolidés de gestion et IFRS (dont le reporting mensuel de gestion) et le calcul des covenants, définissez le calendrier de clôture Groupe (cible EBITDA à J+5, comptes complets à J+8) et animez la communication financière : Board, Comex et Business Reviews avec l’actionnaire.
Projections, budget Groupe, holdings & pilotage corporate: vous portez le reporting et la comptabilité des holdings, le cash-flow consolidé, les projections et le budget Groupe, ainsi que les refacturations interco.
Trésorerie & financements: vous supervisez, via le Trésorier Groupe, la trésorerie et la stratégie de financement de la croissance (ouvertures, leasing, lignes de crédit, garanties), la couverture des risques de taux et de change, les relations bancaires et les KPI ESG de la dette.
M&A & opérations corporate: vous menez les études d’acquisition de la prospection au closing et pilotez les opérations de restructuration Groupe, la politique de transfer pricing et la coordination fiscale, en lien étroit avec le Legal.
Transformation Finance & SI: vous êtes sponsor du programme de transformation, refonte des SI comptables, automatisation des flux de facturation et couche IA, en pilotant le Group Financial Controller et en étroite collaboration avec la Tech.
Management & transverse: vous encadrez et faites grandir le pôle Corporate et incarnez une fonction Finance business partner auprès des CFO de zone et du Comex.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Formation : Bac+5 (école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs), DSCG apprécié.
Expérience : 7 à 10 ans : un socle d’audit financier approfondi en cabinet (Big 4 ou équivalent), puis un rôle à dominante FP&A / pilotage de la performance (Head of FP&A, Group Controller ou Deputy CFO) dans un groupe multi-pays, idéalement détenu par un fonds (PE-backed) et en forte croissance.
Expertise : consolidation IFRS, communication financière & relation investisseurs, financements, M&A et transformation des SI finance.
Langues : anglais courant indispensable.
Outils: À l’aise avec les outils de reporting et enthousiaste à l’idée de transformer la finance grâce à l’IA. Comme Lucanet, Kyriba, ERP comptables, Looker.
Soft skills : leadership, hauteur de vue stratégique, rigueur, sens du business partnering ; le Big Smile et de l’énergie à revendre.
