Pamela is one of Big Mamma's newest restaurants in Berlin, and we're looking for passionate Commis de Cuisine ready to develop their skills in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.

This is the perfect opportunity for cooks with their first professional experience who want to learn from experienced chefs, master Italian cuisine and build a long-term career in hospitality.

🚀 Your role & learning journey

You'll support the kitchen team while developing your technical skills across different sections:

• Prepare ingredients and daily mise en place

• Support the preparation and plating of dishes following our recipes and quality standards

• Learn different kitchen stations and cooking techniques

• Work closely with Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs during service

• Ensure consistency, quality and attention to detail

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

👉 This role is designed to help you grow into a Chef de Partie through continuous training and hands-on experience.

As a Runner, you'll be at the heart of every service. Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, you'll help create a smooth dining experience while learning how a high-performing restaurant operates.

If you're motivated, full of energy and ready to grow, this is the perfect place to start.

🚀 Your role & learning journey

You play a key role in keeping the service running smoothly:

• Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to the guests

• Support the Chef de Rang throughout the service

• Ensure every dish reaches the table at the right moment and in perfect condition

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams

• Help maintain the rhythm and flow of the restaurant during busy services

• Support table setup and restaurant organization

• Maintain cleanliness and service standards throughout the shift

👉 This role is an excellent first step towards becoming a Chef de Rang and growing within our front-of-house teams.

💡 What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not essential

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills

• Reliable, organized and proactive

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience

TON RÔLE DANS L'AVENTURE :

• Être garant de la qualité des pizzas

• Connaissance parfaite des ingrédients utilisés

• Responsable de la rapidité d’exécution / cadence des cuissons et préparations

• Responsable du bon entretien du matériel et alerte si besoin de renouvellement

• Responsable de la conservation des ingrédients

• Responsable de la propreté de son espace avant, pendant et post service
