On arrive à Issy-les-Moulineaux en JUIN et on ne fait pas les choses à moitié : On lance notre tout nouveau concept avec du Click & Collect ET la possibilité pour nos clients de déguster leurs pizzas directement sur place !
Nous recherchons des personnes avec un fort esprit d'entrepreneuriat, qui deviendront les acteurs de ce beau challenge.

TON RÔLE DANS L'AVENTURE :
Être garant de la qualité des pizzas
Connaissance parfaite des ingrédients utilisés
Responsable de la rapidité d’exécution / cadence des cuissons et préparations
Responsable du bon entretien du matériel et alerte si besoin de renouvellement
Responsable de la conservation des ingrédients
Responsable de la propreté de son espace avant, pendant et post service

🚀 Your role & learning journey
You support the pizzeria team and progressively develop your technical skills:
Prepare ingredients and toppings for service
Support pizza assembly and finishing (Belegen der Pizzen)
Learn product standards and ingredient quality control
Work side by side with experienced Pizzaioli during service
Support station organization and daily preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
👉 This role is designed as an entry point into our pizzeria team with clear development opportunities towards more technical pizza positions.

Tus misiones:
-Trabajar en una brigada donde recibirás capacitación en todos los conceptos básicos de la profesión.
-Preparación de implementaciones y participación en el servicio dentro de un entorno dinámico.
-Desarrollar tus conocimientos técnicos sobre los diferentes tipos de preparación, cocción y uso de los utensilios de cocina.
-Gestión de prioridades y comunicación con el resto del equipo.
-Conocimientos de higiene y seguridad.
