En tant que Manager de salle, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’équipe de direction. Vous participez aux prises de décisions majeures du lieu et au déploiement de la stratégie aux côtés des autres chefs de pôles(CA, People cost, Events BtoC/BtoB…). Vous êtes reportant au Directeur de La Felicità et du département événementiel France et vous pilotez une équipe de 70 personnes ultra motivée!

1. Management
A. Accompagner et faire monter en compétences l’équipe managériale de salle
B. Superviser les sujets RH : Plannings, Recrutement et disciplinaire
C. Assurer l’intégration, la performance et le bien être des équipes
D. Identifier les talents et promouvoir la promotion interne
2. Performance
A. Gérer le coût de masse salariale de la salle conformément aux objectifs de CA
B. Garantir la meilleure expérience client (physique et digitale)
C. Maîtriser les outils de service digitaux et leurs développements (Deliverect, Lightspeed, Sunday)
D. Chapeauter la caisse centrale

Tus misiones:
Trabajar en una brigada donde recibirás formación en todas las bases del oficio de la pizzería.
Gestionar tus prioridades y comunicarte eficazmente con el resto del equipo en un entorno dinámico.
Ser autónomo/a y adoptar los buenos hábitos durante las fases de preparación, mise en place y servicio (respeto de las fichas técnicas, control de stock, reducción de desperdicios, etc.).
Tener conocimientos sobre técnicas de cocción en horno de leña y sobre la gestión/mantenimiento del horno (encendido, limpieza, temperatura).
Conocer los diferentes tipos de técnicas de preparación de masa para pizza.
