LA TUA MISSIONE 🎯
In coordinamento con il team di management di Gloria Milano:
Gestirai le richieste di informazioni e l'organizzazione degli eventi con i clienti, via email e di persona, organizzando sopralluoghi del ristorante quando necessario;
Assicurerai il follow-up post evento e la raccolta dei feedback;
Supporterai la reportistica e monitoraggio della performance degli eventi;
Porterai la tua idea per l'organizzazione, l'intrattenimento, la decorazione;
Svilupperai un network di contatti;
Sarai l'ambasciatore/ice dei valori di Big Mamma: autenticità, eccellenza, meritocrazia, imprenditorialità.

The role
As a Reception Supervisor at Big Mamma, you’ll be the perfect example of our brand, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome and a seamless experience.
You will:
Lead the host team, maintaining high standards and maximising bookings
Resolve or escalate issues and complaints when needed
Manage bookings and enquiries using SevenRooms
Onboard and train new hosts, supporting floor managers with rota scheduling
Solve problems proactively when bookings or service don’t go as planned
Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude
Support the Events Team in managing enquiries for private hire and events
Assist with the coordination and on-the-day organisation of events and private hire
About you

Excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of floor operations
Previous experience as a head host/hostess or reception supervisor
