Tes missions :

• Participer à la préparation des ingrédients et des mises en place afin de réaliser un excellent service.

• Participer au service et aider le Barman dans la préparation/réalisation des boissons & cocktails.

• Assurer le nettoyage de la zone de plonge et de tous les ustensiles du bar.

🚀 Your role & responsibilities

You are responsible for delivering exceptional drinks and creating memorable guest experiences:

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail

• Recommend drinks and guide guests through our cocktail and beverage menu

• Build genuine connections with guests and deliver outstanding hospitality

• Ensure the bar is fully prepared before every service

• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and organization

• Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless guest experience

• Monitor stock levels and support daily bar operations

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

💡 What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant or cocktail bar

• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar techniques

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to stay calm and organized during high-volume service

• Reliable, proactive and team-oriented

Join our amazing team as Bar Assistant Manager!

YOUR MISSION:

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA Bar team!

• You will be managing the daily operations of the bar alongside the Bar Manager.

• You will delegate tasks, coach and support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, train the team and more!

• You will participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering and implement seasonal menu changes.

• You will maintain health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.

• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!

• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Big Smile and passion for Italian food!

• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit

• Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills

• Expert bar knowledge including classic cocktails

• Previous experience as a bar supervisor/assistant bar manager in a fast paced environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

OUR OFFER:

• Permanent, full-time position

• €17.50 per hour ( inclusive of tronc )

• 5 days working week with 2 days off
