Dernier ouverture du groupe Big Mamma, est bien plus qu’un simple restaurant italien : c’est un temple de la cuisine italienne authentique, où chaque plat est préparé 100 % fait maison, avec des ingrédients ultra-frais sélectionnés avec soin directement auprès des meilleures productions italiennes.
Tout est réalisé selon des techniques traditionnelles, avec un niveau de précision gastronomique digne des meilleures osterie italiennes. Tous les produits proviennent de petits producteurs soigneusement choisis, et chaque recette est honorée comme si c’était un plat de famille.
Au cœur du 7ᵉ arrondissement de Paris, Gloria Osteria se distingue comme la dernière création haut de gamme du groupe Big Mamma.

Big Mamma est un groupe de restauration franco-italien, créé par Victor Lugger et Tigrane Seydoux. Depuis 9 ans, nous avons ouvert les portes de 31 restaurants en Europe (France, Monaco, Angleterre, Espagne, Allemagne et Italie).

Tes missions :

• Préparation des ingrédients et des mises en place afin de réaliser un excellent service.

• Préparation/réalisation des boissons & cocktails.

• Assurer le nettoyage de la zone de plonge et de tous les ustensiles du bar.

• Veiller au respect de l’hygiène

I tuoi Obiettivi:

• Competenze base di caffetteria e mixology, conoscenza della carta e dei prodotti

• Supporto al team nella mise en place e nel servizio

• Capacità di riprodurre una miscela a seguito di una formazione

• Conoscenza in materia di igiene e di sicurezza

La nostra Offerta:

• Contratto a tempo determinato di 40 ore settimanali, su 5 giorni lavorativi con 2 giorni di riposo consecutivi

• Abbonamento ATM aziendale (70% a carico dell'azienda, 30% a carico del dipendente)

Your Mission

• Run day-to-day bar operations: prep, service, handovers, opening & closing

• Set the standard for the team and train new barbacks and bartenders

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards

• Deliver excellent customer service and spread positive energy

• Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, team-focused, and proactive

About You

• Passionate about Italian food and cocktails

• Energetic, proactive, and a team player

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Expert knowledge of classic cocktails

• Previous experience as head bartender or bar supervisor in a busy bar

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

This role is designed for hospitality professionals who want to combine operational excellence with team leadership.

🚀 Your role & responsibilities

You support the Bar Manager in leading daily bar operations:

• Ensure smooth and efficient service execution

• Support, coach and motivate the bar team during operations

• Supervise bar setup, opening and closing procedures

• Monitor quality, presentation and consistency of drinks

• Support inventory control and stock management

• Contribute to onboarding and training of team members

• Ensure hygiene, safety and operational standards are respected

• Work closely with restaurant management to deliver excellent guest experiences

👉 This role offers clear development opportunities towards Bar Manager positions within the group.

💡 What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in bar operations and team coordination
