Tes Missions:
En tant que Chef(fe) Barman, vous incarnez nos valeurs d’excellence, de méritocratie, d’entreprenariat et d’authenticité au quotidien dans le restaurant.
Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Management d'une équipe
- Gestion des plannings de l’équipe / Garant du People Cost mensuel.
- Responsable de la qualité des cocktails, suivi des commentaires clients, garant du respect des fiches recettes.
- Participation à la création des nouvelles recettes en collaboration avec le Beverage Group Manager.
- Responsable du Food Cost sur la partie beverage.
- Réalisation des inventaires.
- Gestion de la passation des commandes et de leur bonne réalisation.
- Formation et accompagnement de l’équipe au quotidien.
Tes Skills:

- Expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire

Tus misiones:
- Participar en la preparación de ingredientes y mise en place con el fin de brindar un excelente servicio.
