Bartender (M/F) - Parigi

Big Mamma apre un nuovo capitolo a Parigi con il lancio di un progetto ambizioso, pensato per ridefinire il modo di vivere l’ospitalità in Big Mamma e offrire un’esperienza unica e d’ispirazione.

Per questo nuovo progetto siamo alla ricerca dei migliori Barman che possano supportare con cura e passione il servizio.

È importante una buona conoscenza dell’inglese per comunicare al meglio con la nostra clientela internazionale. Se parli anche un po’ di francese, è sicuramente un plus!

I tuoi Obiettivi:

• Preparare cocktail, caffetteria e bevande di alta qualità con precisione tecnica, creatività e cura nella presentazione.
  • Portare energia, passione e professionalità dietro al banco, accogliendo la clientela con un approccio caloroso e offrendo un servizio d’eccellenza.
  • Conoscere in modo approfondito l’intera drink list, dai grandi classici della mixology italiana alle signature creations, consigliando con sicurezza e competenza il drink più adatto a ciascun ospite.
  • Garantire il costante ordine, rifornimento e pulizia della postazione di lavoro, rispettando i più alti standard di igiene, sicurezza e operatività.
  • Collaborare in sinergia con il team di sala per garantire un flusso di servizio efficiente e un’esperienza ospite impeccabile.

• Contratto a tempo indeterminato di 42 ore settimanali, su 5 giorni lavorativi con 2 giorni di riposo consecutivi

Tes missions :

• Participer à la préparation des ingrédients et des mises en place afin de réaliser un excellent service.
• Participer au service et aider le Barman dans la préparation/réalisation des boissons & cocktails.
• Assurer le nettoyage de la zone de plonge et de tous les ustensiles du bar.

YOUR MISSION:

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA Bar team!
• You will be managing the daily operations of the bar alongside the Bar Manager.
• You will delegate tasks, coach and support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, train the team and more!
• You will participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering and implement seasonal menu changes.
• You will maintain health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Big Smile and passion for Italian food!
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
• Expert bar knowledge including classic cocktails
• Previous experience as a bar supervisor/assistant bar manager in a fast paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Tes Missions:

En tant que Chef(fe) Barman, vous incarnez nos valeurs d’excellence, de méritocratie, d’entreprenariat et d’authenticité au quotidien dans le restaurant. 

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

• Management d'une équipe 
• Gestion des plannings de l’équipe / Garant du People Cost mensuel.
• Responsable de la qualité des cocktails, suivi des commentaires clients, garant du respect des fiches recettes.
• Participation à la création des nouvelles recettes en collaboration avec le Beverage Group Manager.
• Responsable du Food Cost sur la partie beverage.
• Réalisation des inventaires.
• Gestion de la passation des commandes et de leur bonne réalisation.
• Formation et accompagnement de l’équipe au quotidien.
