Le contexte

Big Mamma, c’est une folle aventure franco-italienne lancée en 2015 par Victor Lugger et Tigrane Seydoux, avec un rêve simple : faire découvrir la vraie cuisine italienne, généreuse, conviviale et pleine de vie.

10 ans plus tard, nous avons ouvert plus de 30 trattorias à travers l’Europe (France, Monaco, Angleterre, Espagne, Allemagne, Belgique et Italie), toujours portés par la même mission : faire vivre à nos clients le meilleur moment de leur journée.

Nous grandissons vite. Très vite.
Pour accompagner cette croissance et renforcer notre exécution stratégique, nous recrutons notre Chief of Staff, véritable bras droit du Directeur Général.

Ta mission

Tu seras au cœur du réacteur, là où la vision se transforme en action.
Ton rôle : permettre au DG et au Comex d’aller plus vite, plus fort, plus clair.

Concrètement, tu vas :

--> Piloter et suivre les projets stratégiques du groupe (ouvertures, digitalisation, performance, organisation).

--> Préparer et suivre les comités de direction : agendas, comptes rendus, suivi des décisions et KPI.

--> Coordonner les équipes transverses (Ops, Finance, RH, Marketing, Food) pour garantir que tout le monde rame dans la même direction.

--> Produire des analyses stratégiques claires et percutantes pour orienter les choix du DG.

--> Être le sparring partner du DG : challenger, prioriser, structurer, exécuter.

Ton profil

Tu es une tête bien faite et un·e doer.
Tu sais penser BiG et agir vite.
Tu es aussi à l’aise dans les chiffres que dans les discussions avec des directeurs ou chefs de restaurant.

--> 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en stratégie, conseil, transformation, direction de projets ou en Chief of Staff dans une scale-up ou un groupe international.

--> Solides compétences analytiques et culture business (KPI, P&L, ROI).

--> Capacité à structurer, prioriser et suivre plusieurs chantiers simultanément.

--> Excellente communication (écrite et orale) en français et anglais.

--> Forte intelligence relationnelle, leadership naturel et sens du collectif.

--> Goût pour la food, les gens, et les environnements entrepreneuriaux.

Bonus si tu as déjà travaillé dans un environnement multi-pays ou dans le secteur hospitality / retail / F&B.

The Super HR Team Germany is growing, and for this special occasion, we are looking for our next TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST who will be responsible for:

Hiring:

  • Writing & posting job advertisements
  • Managing applications
  • Conducting selection interviews aimed at recruiting new talents for our restaurants in Germany
  • Supporting the organisation of Career Days across Germany and online

Campus Management:

  • Participating in the organisation of events at hospitality schools.
  • Developing our company network with target schools and institutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our leadership team as Head of Construction for Europe. This key role offers the chance to shape the growth of one of the most dynamic companies in the Food & Beverage industry.

You’ll lead and inspire a talented team of Project Managers, Architects, and Designers, driving our expansion across Europe and the UK. We’re looking for a visionary leader with solid pan-European F&B construction experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.

Your Mission:

As our European Head of Construction, you'll be part of the Construction & Architecture team and report to the Global Head of Construction. You will support our teams, drive project delivery, procurement and CAPEX control, and contribute to creating exceptional restaurant spaces.You will be responsible for managing the Project Managers delivering the projects across the UK and Europe, so the ability to travel is essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the due diligence process for assessing new projects in collaboration with our internal architecture and acquisition teams.

  • Appoint and structure local consultant teams in order to deliver the projects.

  • Oversee the Project Management team on the end to end process from feasibility to opening the restaurant.

  • Manage CAPEX for the project in collaboration with the PM’s and our Cost Management director

  • Collaborate on the Group wide strategy for development

  • Liaise with our maintenance teams during the pre and post construction project stages.

  • Report back to the Global Construction Director and Development CEO..

Who You Are:
