Your Mission
As our Senior Events Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and creating memorable experiences for our guests. From intimate celebrations to large corporate events, you’ll be the face of our events business and the trusted partner for our clients throughout their journey.
You will:
Identify and secure new business opportunities for corporate, private, and social events.
Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate partners.
Manage the full sales cycle from enquiries and proposals to negotiations and event handovers.
Conduct venue tours, presentations, and client meetings.
Create customised event proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain an active pipeline and develop repeat business opportunities.
Work closely with operations, culinary, and technical teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Support on-site event coordination when required.
Monitor deposits, invoicing, and payment collections alongside finance teams.
Represent Big Mamma at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

Food Menu Development Coordinator – UK & Ireland

We’re now looking for a Food Menu Development Coordinator to join our UK Food & Beverage team and help shape our seasonal food offer across the UK.
Reporting to the F&B Manager UK, you will ensure our menus are aligned with Big Mamma's identity, operationally strong and delivered with consistency across all restaurants.
THE ROLE
You will coordinate the full menu development process, ensuring alignment with Big Mamma’s artistic direction and operational excellence.
You will:
• Drive seasonal menu changes from development to rollout, including testing, structure, pricing and food cost control
• Ensure all menus respect Big Mamma’s food identity, seasonality and B Corp commitments
• Coordinate with chefs, operations, purchasing and communications teams for smooth execution
• Monitor menu performance using key KPIs such as food cost, spend per head and margin contribution
• Analyse dish performance and guest feedback to support future menu decisions
• Conduct benchmarking and food trend research to inspire future offers
• Ensure accuracy of all menu data across systems (recipes, allergens, descriptions, pricing)
• Support special projects including openings, festive menus and seasonal activations
ABOUT YOU
experience in menu development, F&B coordination or hospitality operations
Strong understanding of food cost, menu engineering and KPIs
Highly organised with strong project management skills

Maximize revenue performance across Big Mamma restaurants by orchestrating booking optimization, business insights, and revenue-related projects. The Revenue Ops Manager ensures that every revenue lever, from SevenRooms configuration to new booking channels, is fully optimized, while preserving the guest experience and the DNA of Big Mamma.
🚀 Core Responsibilities & Success Metrics
REVENUE OPTIMIZATION & BOOKING PERFORMANCE
Act as the internal expert for SevenRooms across all restaurants.
Define, implement and monitor yield strategies.
Ensure optimized configuration: pacing rules, seating algorithms, dining durations, waitlists, booking flows in coordination with GMs.
Adjust dynamically based on performance, seasonality, weather and demand patterns.
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & REVENUE ANALYSIS
Define and monitor key KPIs across booking, conversion and revenue in coordination with the data team
Monitor booking and revenue performance at restaurant and group level and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
Identify key growth levers (booking mix, channel performance, client mix…)
Translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
OPERATIONS PARTNERSHIP & TRAINING
Train and support restaurant teams on SevenRooms and revenue best practices.
