Tes missions : 

• Contrôle de gestion : vous gérez la production des états financiers mensuels (P&L, bilan et cash flow) et des reportings au groupe et analysez la performance par rapport aux projections

• Budget et projections financières : vous êtes en charge de la production du budget annuel et des reforecasts (au moins deux par an), ainsi que des business plans pour les projets d’ouverture

• Business partner : vous assistez les équipes opérations, F&B et RH dans la compréhension des chiffres, le monitoring de la performance et le suivi des plans d’actions

• Suivi des investissements : construction et analyse des données historiques d’investissements, suivi des BPs

Scope : Allemagne

Qualités requises : 

• Bonne connaissance de la finance d’entreprise : 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en cabinet d’audit ou au sein d’une équipe contrôle de gestion en entreprise

• Connaissances comptables

• Fiabilité et rigueur

• Appétence opérationnelle

• Proactivité

• Bonne maitrise d’Excel et de Google sheet

Vous reportez hiérarchiquement au CFO de la zone France / Allemagne. 

Poste en français, anglais et allemand.

Poste basé à Paris ou Berlin en fonction du profil.

As Part of the Global HR Team, and with the support of 1 amazing People Partner, the Human Resources Manager Germany will have the following responsibilities for our 3 Great Restaurants (Giorgia in Munich / Edmondo in Hamburg / Coccodrillo in Berlin) and coming openings in the country.

Business Partner :

• Work hand in hand with our operations team: COO, Restaurant GM, Managers, Chefs

• Assist operations on all steps of the recruitment process (starting with lead generation)

• Be the HR expert on all aspects (contracts, training, recruiting, career management, salary,…)

• Advise managers on key people decisions

• Analyse & challenge people costs

• Ensure management & performance review principles are in place.

COMMUNICATION MANAGER SPAIN – Madrid based 🚀🍕

Big Mamma es un grupo de restauración franco-italiano fundado por Victor Lugger y Tigrane Seydoux. En los últimos 9 años, hemos abierto 27 restaurantes en Europa (Francia, Mónaco, Inglaterra, España, Alemania e Italia).

Como Communication Manager Spain, serás el responsable de dar vida a nuestra identidad de marca y hacer que Big Mamma sea un referente en comunicación en España.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Hacer brillar a Big Mamma en la prensa

• Colaborar con agencias de prensa para generar entusiasmo sobre nuestros restaurantes
• Conseguir publicaciones de calidad en medios relevantes
• Escribir notas de prensa y contenidos editoriales al estilo Big Mamma: fresco, divertido y atrevido.

• Crear la estrategia de nuestras cuentas de Instagram proponiendo ideas nuevas.
• Creación de contenido tanto fotografía como vídeo.
• Identificar nuevas tendencias y adaptarlas a Big Mamma para que sea un referente en las redes.
• Mejorar la comunicación con los clientes

Eventos y comunicación interna

• Organizar eventos en los diferentes restaurantes para cliente final
• Copywriting de los menús de los restaurantes
• Diseñar newsletters creativas y originales que refuercen nuestra conexión con los clientes.
• Diseñar y actualizar menús y formatos impresos para eventos especiales.

Lo que buscamos:

• Experiencia en comunicación, PR, social media o marketing digital.
• Eres un storyteller nato: sabes escribir textos que conectan y generan impacto.
• Te encanta la gastronomía y tienes sensibilidad por la identidad de marca.
• Conoces el mundo de los medios y tienes contactos en la prensa española.
• Eres proactivo, creativo y siempre tienes nuevas ideas en la cabeza.
• Hablas y escribes perfectamente en español e inglés. Italiano y Catalán son un plus!

FOOD AND BEVERAGE INTERN – BERLIN based 🚀🍕

Based in : Berlin

Hours: 20 hours (working student) or Full-time (intern) 6-months

Languages required:  English mandatory - German and Italian welcome

BIG MAMMA is a bunch of more than 2200 cool guys behind the 27 most iconic italian restaurants & Food Market in UK, France, Spain, Germany and Italy. Join the team and be part of this great adventure among a one-of-a-kind team. As F&B intern or working student you will become part of our F&B Team and support the full Squadra in our dream restaurants in Germany : Giorgia in Munich, Coccodrillo in Berlin and Edmondo in Hamburg!

You will directly report to Constantin Scheibler F&B Manager Germany, and, with his help and support, you will participate to the following missions:

Procurements : we buy our products directly to producers, in Italy for italian products, locally for the rest. We need your help to source, discuss and negotiate to keep a close relationship with our partners. 

Logistics: as we buy directly we have to manage our logistical flows. To have the right produce at the right time in the right place you will participate together with the F&B team in organising the transport, storage and redistribution of products to trattorias

 Menu engineering and performance: you will support restaurants by participating to the highlights of a restaurant's year (changing menu, inventories) and improving the performance and processes in coordination with the Chefs and the restaurants’ directors 

Sustainability: As we are a B CORP certified company we attach great importance to having a sustainable approach to our business. This is absolutely crucial for us even if it represents more work. Your involvement will be key.
