🌟 Chief Financial Officer – Big Mamma USA 🇺🇸

We are looking for a hands-on and strategic CFO US to lead all finance and administrative functions in the United States. As a key member of the US management team and a close partner to the Group CFO based in Europe, you will play a central role in both running and scaling our US business. You will be responsible for the financial stewardship of the current operations, while driving growth as we expand our footprint across the United States over the next 3 years.

🚀 MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

📊 Finance & Business Operations

• Lead all accounting, tax, and compliance processes in the US, in line with Group standards.

• Own the monthly closing cycle and deliver accurate and timely management accounts, with insightful variance analysis.

• Manage and improve internal controls, cash management, AP/AR, and financial procedures.

• Oversee tax filings (federal, state, and local), working with external advisors.
  
  

📈 Business Partnering & Strategic Planning

• Act as a strategic partner to the Italian institution CEO, the Big Mamma USA CEO, and Group CFO, bringing a financial lens to decision-making.

• Collaborate with operations and business development teams to drive site-level and company-wide performance.

• Lead the budgeting and reforecasting process for the US perimeter.

• Provide financial modeling and ROI analysis for new openings, investments, and business opportunities.
  
  

💵 Treasury & Funding

• Monitor cash flow and working capital on a daily and weekly basis.

• Maintain strong relationships with local banks and support future financing needs.

• Work with the Group Treasurer on intercompany flows, FX, and funding optimization.
  
  

🏗️ Team Leadership & Structuring

• Recruit and develop financial talent as we expand into new US markets.

• Manage a small team once recruited, and build the function in line with business growth.

• Ensure processes are scalable and efficient, reducing closing timelines and increasing automation.
  
  

⚖️ Compliance, Legal & Admin

• Supervise office administration, insurance coverage, risk management, and legal matters in the US.

• Liaise with external legal advisors on lease agreements, licenses, employment law, etc.

• Ensure compliance with US labor law, accounting standards (US GAAP), and relevant hospitality regulations.
  
  

🤝Human Resources

• In the early stages, the CFO will oversee key HR and People topics — such as onboarding, local compliance, payroll supervision, and workforce planning — in close alignment with the Group HR Director, until a local HR lead is in place.
  
  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Eligibility to work in the United States (US citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa) is required.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or equivalent preferred.

• 8–12 years of experience in finance roles, ideally combining time in a Big 4 firm and a fast-growing, multi-unit hospitality or retail business.

• Deep understanding of US GAAP, tax regulations, and multi-site restaurant operations.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to challenge and support operational leaders.

• Proven track record in building finance teams, processes, and systems from scratch.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks, ADP, Excel, and ERP systems (NetSuite, or similar).

• Fluent in English; understanding of European reporting (IFRS) and/or French a plus.
  Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

MISSIONS :

Tu accompagneras la Responsable qualité dans l’analyse et la mise en conformité de nos restaurants en France sur les enjeux liés à la sécurité au travail et à la prévention des risques. Tu pourras également intervenir sur des projets transverses, notamment en lien avec les thématiques environnementales.

Réalisation des DUERP (Document Unique d’Evaluation des Risques Professionnels) et PAPRIPACT (Programme Annuel de Prévention des Risques Professionnels et d'Amélioration des Conditions de Travail) : 

• Évaluation des risques : visites des restaurants pour observer les pratiques, les équipements, les environnements de travail et échanges avec les équipes pour identifier les risques spécifiques à chaque établissement.
• Analyse des risques (chimiques, physiques, psychosociaux...) selon une méthodologie définie.
• Élaboration ou mise à jour des DUERP et PAPRIPACT

Réalisation des audits HSE

• Amélioration de la trame d’audit HSE existante
• Réalisation des audits HSE trimestriels des restaurants
• Mise à jour et suivi des indicateurs<HSE et plans d’action 

Tri des déchets :accompagnement des restaurants dans l’amélioration du tri des déchets (sensibilisation au tri, amélioration des solutions existantes… )

Actions de prévention : création de supports de sensibilisation HSE (affiches, fiches réflexes, outils digitaux).

QUALITÉS REQUISES :

• Tu es actuellement en formation HSE et tu recherches un stage dans le cadre de cette formation
• Curieux(se), rigoureux(se), structuré(e) et à l’aise avec le terrain et la communication
• Tu as une bonne connaissance de la réglementation HSE et tu es à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Une connaissance des règles d’hygiène alimentaire (réglementation, méthode HACCP…) serait un plus mais pas indispensable

Financial Controller (F/H) - Paris

TES MISSIONS : 

• Contrôle de gestion : vous gérez la production des états financiers mensuels (P&L, bilan et cash flow) et des reportings au groupe et analysez la performance par rapport aux projections

Tes missions : 

En tant que Junior Digital Manager, tu seras le garant de l’exécution opérationnelle de nos initiatives digitales : Suivi quotidien de la performance des canaux digitaux, activation des outils pour chaque ouverture de restaurant, et mise à jour des sites. Ce que tu feras chez Big Mamma :

1 - Suivi de la performance digitale & CRO

• Analyser les performances des sites (conversion, comportement utilisateur, CRO).
• Contribuer à la mise en place de recommandations UX/UI et de tests A/B.
• Participer au suivi des KPIs des canaux digitaux et à la consolidation des rapports pour mesurer l’impact des actions.
  

2 - Gestion des contenus digitaux

• Mettre à jour et enrichir les sites internet pour refléter l’actualité et les ouvertures de restaurants.
• Optimiser les fiches Google My Business et les actions SEO locales pour chaque site.
• Créer et améliorer les contenus digitaux en phase avec l’image Big Mamma et en lien avec l’équipe Communication.

3 - Support aux ouvertures de restaurants

• Gérer les checklists digitales et techniques des nouvelles ouvertures (création des fiches Google, mise à jour des sites, activation des liens de réservation, etc.).
• Collaborer avec l’équipe Tech & Data pour la création des comptes back-office et l’activation des intégrations (Lightspeed, Easilys, Sevenrooms, etc.).
• Vérifier que les dashboards de performance sont bien alimentés pour chaque nouveau restaurant.

4 - Veille & amélioration continue

• Identifier et partager les meilleures pratiques digitales pour enrichir les outils, contenus et process.
• Être force de proposition pour améliorer l’exécution opérationnelle et garantir l’excellence des livrables.

Ton profil :

• Étudiant.e de fin d’études d’une école de commerce ou formation équivalente.
• Appétence pour le web, l’e-commerce ou le SEO, avec un œil attentif à la qualité des contenus et à la performance des canaux digitaux.
• Curieux.se, rigoureux.se, structuré.e, et capable de jongler entre plusieurs sujets (sites, CRM, SEO, coordination technique).
• À l’aise avec les outils digitaux & l’apprentissage de nouveaux outils.
• Sensibilité à l’analyse de données et envie de creuser la performance (Google Analytics, Looker…).
• Une première expérience en SEO, CRM, ou coordination de projets digitaux est un plus.

• Public Relations: With the help of a PR Agency, creating a strong relationship with journalists and influencers

• Editorial: Write engaging content for press releases, press kits and responses to interviews

DIGITAL COMMUNICATION

• Social Media Strategy: Designing a strategy and creative ideas for social networks (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linkedin) and Newsletters insuring engagement and growth

• Creative Content: Insure production of disruptive content with impactful pictures, videos, ensuring targets are smashed and we create game-changing content

• Website strategy: responsible for content, information & evolution

MARKETING & BRANDING

• Opening: Build with the wider marketing team the identity of new restaurant (Brand, name, menus identity, uniform, photography & video etc).

• Partnerships: Lead on development of collaborations to strengthen the brand

EVENTS

• Events: Ensure our location is well connected within the events, PA and local concierge community. Ensure the restaurant hits targets in terms of event bookings throughout the year and key moments

• Event and privatization coordination: Conduct venue viewings and coordinate events. Planning the day, addressing clients' requests, organisation of the event, welcoming guests and briefing the team on the food and beverage offerings

FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – MADRID based 🚀🍕

Your mission:

Logistic

• Support for the logistic flow from Italy and France to Spain
• Support for timely and full deliveries in respect of the restaurants needs
• Management of stocks, orders and contribute to avoid stock breakages
• Effective and efficient solutions for any logistic issues
• Help setting up logistic organization for new restaurant openings
  

Procurement

• Support of the restaurants’ day-to-day purchasing needs
• Management of local suppliers relationship with the restaurants and the teams
• 100% accuracy of pricelist / supplier data
• Management of non-food (crockery, cutlery, glassware, maintenance) procurement and stock management
• Support in sourcing and negotiations with suppliers
• Ensuring availability of all necessary products, food and non-food
• Support in sourcing for new restaurant openings
• Contribute to the respect of the F&B objectives, as well as BCORP and sustainability goals

Menu engineering & F&B costs

• Assuring the respect of processes: validation of receipts, use of proper documents and systems, ordering, recipes, inventories
• Support the restaurants in the menu changes processes
• Support in the analysis of the performance and development of improvement plans
• Inventory support: assuring quality of data (opening and closing balances)
• Contribute to the respect of the F&B objectives: assuring the correct processes in the calculation and analysis of F&B Costs performance
• Develop and deploy plans to improve the F&B Costs performance of the restaurants

• Bachelor’s/equivalent or mid-master degree in Business, F&B Management or Hospitality Management
• Passion for and understanding of the food and beverage Industry
• Analytical thinking, understanding of finance, proficient excel skills
• Practical mind with strong interest in operations
• Ability to work within a team in the company
• Fluent Spanish and English, Italian/French are a plus

STAGE - CHARGÉ(E) DE COMMUNICATION SOCIAL MEDIA – Paris

Tes missions:

1.Buzz et pérennité des comptes réseaux sociaux

Construction du buzz : création d’un contenu fun, fourni et différenciant. 

Créativité/Inspirations : mettre en place une veille active et riche ; Faire les demandes pour toutes ressources nécessaires (abonnements, événements, etc).

Gestion des publications : régularité de posts et analyse des résultats.  

Qualité du service client : garantir des échanges fluides et fun avec la communauté.

2.Communication forte, cool & singulière

Storytelling et création de contenu :

Création du contenu pour les différents supports de la marque (Réseaux sociaux, Newsletter, etc.); pousser le cool en permanence. 

Accompagner à l’élaboration d’un calendrier stratégique et fourni; être force de proposition, proposer de nouveaux formats, de nouveaux projets. 

Analyser et suivre la performance des réseaux sociaux.

3. Projets Com/Marketing

Ouvertures : contribuer aux stratégies d’ouvertures (shooting, wording, website, social media, etc.)

Partenariats/opé communauté : accompagner et proposer des partenariats pertinents et stratégiques

Stage basé à Paris 2eme
