Un seul mot d'ordre: accueillir tous nos clients avec le BIG SMILE!
Faire voyager nos clients en Italie et leur faire passer le meilleur moment de leur journée.
Connaitre tous les secrets de notre logiciel de réservation Seven Room pour devenir expert dans la gestion des réservations et l’optimisation des tables.
Comprendre la typologie de client que tu as face à toi, avoir une bonne gestion du stress et trouver les solutions adaptées aux problématiques qui se présenteront à toi.
Etre expert dans l'art d'adoucir l'attente.

Tes missions :
Préparation des ingrédients et des mises en place afin de réaliser un excellent service.
Préparation/réalisation des boissons & cocktails.
Assurer le nettoyage de la zone de plonge et de tous les ustensiles du bar.
Veiller au respect de l’hygiène

As part of bringing the joyful hospitality of Big Mamma Group to the US, we’re opening our very first Italian trattoria in America in Juno Beach, Florida, in partnership with Ballyhoo Hospitality. Just steps away from the waterfront, we’re building a passionate opening team dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
This opening represents the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Big Mamma Group in the United States, with ambitious development plans ahead.
