We’re now looking for a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our team!
Your Mission
As part of the Big Mamma Floor team, your mission will be to:
Take care of all guests in your section, following the steps of service, providing recommendations, upselling and processing payments
Master our menu, including dishes, wines and cocktails
Open and close your section of the floor with professionalism
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor
Support your colleagues during service and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment
Create memorable moments for our guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude
About You
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service
High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
Strong communication skills and previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Our offer to you
Permanent, full-time role: 12.71 basic pay + 15% of the service charge you generate in your section + 1 tronc point per hour
Daily staff meals served family-style
15% employee discount in all UK & Ireland restaurants

Delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests
Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service
Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards
Spread magic and make every guest’s visit the best moment of their day

About You
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
To be energetic, proactive, and a team player
Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and bar organisation
Previous experience in a cocktail bar or high volume restaurant bar
Good knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards
Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
