We work with more than 150 producers across Italy, whom we have met one by one: the cheese maker in Lombardy who sends us his gorgonzola, the pizza maker in Naples who supplies us with his flour, the small family in Puglia who prepares our burrata, the Sicilian market gardeners who pick their fruit as if it were jewels.
Our pasta is made fresh every morning. Our pizzas are prepared with passion. Our dishes, cakes, sauces, focaccias... everything is homemade, everything is made to highlight the quality, seasonality, and immense deliciousness of Italian cuisine.
