Villa Capri is our trattoria reminiscent of a 70s Italian villa in Capri, with its sunny, retro decor in the bustling Barrio Salesas neighborhood of Madrid. Here, we sway between land and sea, with a bar surrounded by 1,500 bottles of vintage spirits and sea creatures. In the kitchen, Chef Federico Ferrero's rock-star team hand-prepare ultra-fresh pasta every morning, using Mulino di Benedetto semolina sourced directly from Puglia, to create the divine Lobster Lover spaghetti, or the Carbomamma with Tuscan guanciale and pecorino. As for dolci, don't miss our soft and fluffy "Te Queso Más" cheesecake, paired with a sweet glass of Colada, shaken by our maestro Mattia Roselli.
