Carmelo is our Italian trattoria inspired by the 1960s Italian Cinema Club. From the entrance, covered with vintage Fellini film posters, to the large Sicilian-style dining room with 5,000 plates that adorn the walls, there is always a unique atmosphere. At the centre of the open kitchen, Chef Mattia Casadio and his team create 100% Italian dishes: a selection of antipasti with the freshest prodotti - from Punta d'Anca bresaola, to smoky stracciatella from Puglia - as well as fresh Casillo semolina pasta and great classics such as saltimbocca alla romana or calamari fritti. And to finish in style, our cellar boasts 4,500 Italian wine labels: a range of wonders from organic, biodynamic or natural agriculture, carefully selected by our beloved producers.
