Your Mission

• Run day-to-day bar operations: prep, service, handovers, opening & closing

• Set the standard for the team and train new barbacks and bartenders

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards

• Deliver excellent customer service and spread positive energy

• Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, team-focused, and proactive

About You

• Passionate about Italian food and cocktails

• Energetic, proactive, and a team player

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Expert knowledge of classic cocktails

• Previous experience as head bartender or bar supervisor in a busy bar

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Tus misiones:

• Ayuda en preparación de ingredientes y mise en place con el fin de brindar un excelente servicio.

• Participar en el servicio y en la preparación de bebidas y cócteles.

• Asegurar la limpieza del área de la barra y de todos los utensilios de la barra.

• Conocimiento de los basicos de igiene;

• Experiencia con servicios dinamicos y colaboración con el equipo!

As Assistant Bar Manager at Edmondo in Hamburg, you will support daily bar operations, coach the team and help deliver high standards while developing your management skills in an international restaurant group.

This role is designed for hospitality professionals who want to combine operational excellence with team leadership.

🚀 Your role & responsibilities

You support the Bar Manager in leading daily bar operations:

• Ensure smooth and efficient service execution

• Support, coach and motivate the bar team during operations

• Supervise bar setup, opening and closing procedures

• Monitor quality, presentation and consistency of drinks

• Support inventory control and stock management

• Contribute to onboarding and training of team members

• Ensure hygiene, safety and operational standards are respected

• Work closely with restaurant management to deliver excellent guest experiences

👉 This role offers clear development opportunities towards Bar Manager positions within the group.

💡 What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in bar operations and team coordination

• Experience as Senior Bartender, Supervisor or Assistant Bar Manager is a plus

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Ability to lead by example during service

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commercial awareness and operational mindset

• Reliable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
