LA TUA MISSIONE: 

• Gestirai le operazioni quotidiane del bar insieme al Bar Manager.
• Delegerai i compiti, supporterai e guiderai il team, gestirai il servizio, condurrai i briefing, affiancherai i nuovi membri del team, ti occuperai della formazione e molto altro!
• Parteciperai all’inventario mensile, darai supporto negli ordini e implementerai i cambi di menu stagionali.
• Manterrai gli standard di salute e sicurezza e garantirai ordine e pulizia dietro al bancone.
• Diffonderai magia e farai vivere ai nostri clienti il miglior momento della loro giornata!
• Incarnerai i valori di Big Mamma: accoglienza calorosa, sorriso, atteggiamento professionale verso i clienti, spirito di squadra e mentalità da problem solver durante il servizio.

LE TUE COMPETENZE: 

• Grande sorriso e passione per il cibo italiano!
• Energia, atteggiamento proattivo e spirito di squadra
• Eccellenti capacità di servizio al cliente, comunicazione e leadership
• Conoscenza approfondita del bar, inclusi i cocktail classici
• Esperienza pregressa come supervisor o assistant bar manager in ambienti ad alto ritmo
• Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend e in orario serale

La Felicità, c’est une équipe de 200 personnes qui animent un food market de 4500 m² & 1500 places assises au cœur de la Station F.

C'est 8 box qui se relaient tout au long de la journée pour satisfaire toutes les envies des clients : la Trattoria, la Pizzeria, Top Bun, le Panificio, le Train Dolci, la Caffeteria, le Cocktail Bar et le Biergarten.

Demi barman

Tes missions:

• Tu participe à la préparation des ingrédients et des mises en place afin de réaliser un excellent service.
• Tu assures la préparation et la mise en place de l'espace biergarden et les réassorts nécessaires au bon déroulement du service. 
• Tu assures un accueil chaleureux et contribues à proposer la meilleur expérience client à chaque étape du service. 
• Tu es responsable de la préparation des boissons et cocktails, de la rapidité d'exécution du service. 
• Tu veilles à la bonne utilisation des matières premières et est attentif à limiter les pertes liées aux préparations. 
• Tu veilles au respect de l’hygiène générale et au bon nettoyage du matériel du bar.

YOUR MISSION:

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA Bar team!
• You will be managing the daily operations of the bar alongside the Bar Manager.
• You will delegate tasks, coach and support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, train the team and more!
• You will participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering and implement seasonal menu changes.
• You will maintain health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS:
