Tes Missions:

En tant que Adjoint Chef(fe) Barman de notre trattoria "La Bellezza", vous incarnez nos valeurs d’excellence, de méritocratie, d’entreprenariat et d’authenticité au quotidien dans le restaurant. Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

• Accompagne le chef barman dans le management de l'équipe
• Aide le chef barman dans la gestion des plannings de l’équipe 
• Responsable de la qualité, quantité et régularité des cocktails
• Garant du respect des fiches recettes.
• Participe au process de changement de carte, au côté du chef barman.
• Responsable du Food Cost sur la partie beverage.
• Réalisation des inventaires.
• Gestion de la passation des commandes et de leur bonne réalisation.
• Formation et accompagnement de l’équipe au quotidien.

Tes Skills:

• Dynamique, passionné par les bons produit
• Expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire
• Management d'équipe confirmé
• Excellent leader et formateur
• Connaissance de la mixologie

We are loooking for a Barman 38 hour per week for our restaurant Giorgia, preferably with a background in hospitality, gastronomy and customer service.

• You will be part of a BIG Bar team!
• Basic cafeteria and mixology skills, knowledge of the menu and products
• Support the running of the service
• Support the opening and the closing of the restaurant
• Make our clients live the best moment of their day!

• Boundless passion for pasta, aperol spritz, pizza, tiramisu e tutti i buoni prodotti!
• Previous experience as barback, bartender would be a plus
• English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
