Tus misiones 🚀:

- Gestión de rangos: gestión de rango de clientes durante el servicio;

- Cohesión del equipo: participa en el buen funcionamiento y buen entendimiento dentro del equipo de sala, como con el bar y la cocina;

- Inspiración: respeta el equipo , participa a reuniones informativas;

- Formación: invierte en formación de equipos, seguimiento de las reglas, con iniciativa;

- Integración: garantizar una buena integración de los recién llegados, en las tareas como en los aspectos personales;

- Pasión: mostrar detalles y llegar hasta el final de cada tarea.

- Higiene: sea responsable de higiene sanitaria (implementación de listas de verificación, >90% en controles, personal bien cuidado)

- Eficiencia del servicio: proporciona un servicio fluido y una buena colaboración en el servicio, donde se necesita;

- Calidad del servicio: perseguir los objetivos alcanzados en la nota del cliente (4.6) garantizan que se respeten los 5 Pasos del Servicio.
