Our trattoria, reminiscent of a theater with its seven-meter glass roof, immense library, and open kitchen, is a haven for lovers of Italian cuisine.
Here, Chef Thomas Carraro and his team have designed the menu as a tribute to la dolce vita: generous dishes made with seasonal ingredients, carefully sourced directly from small Italian producers, without intermediaries.
