Barracuda, trattoria autentica
Barracuda is our first Art Deco tratto in the heart of Brussels, in the charming Ixelles district, located on the ground floor of the Maison de la Radio. On the menu, you'll find only the best prodotti: Puglian burrata from the Montrone family, 24-month Prosciutto di Parma DOP, and the tender beef bresaola from San Nicola. From antipasti to secondi piatti, Chef Francesco has fun revisiting the great classics and adding his own twist, such as the Belgian croquette with a crab meat twist or a vitello tonnato made his own way. As for pizza, the menu includes the very elegant Stracciatella Versace, with stracciatella from Caseificio Montrone, the Pistacchio Disco, with instant pistachio pesto and mortadella from Busseto, as well as the unbeatable Mammargherita. Last but not least, for a sweet treat, indulge in our iconic Tigramisù or the Torta al Limone. Psst, paired with a Bellini spritz or a glass of wine from our menu of small Italian producers, it's even better.

MAFALDINE AL TARTUFO (FOR 2)
Our mafaldine with truffle and mascarpone, made to share, served in a wheel of pecorino with Parmigiano cream and fresh truffle.
BURRATA AL PISTACCHIO
A 250g burrata with pistachio pesto and perfectly crispy carasau bread. Straight to the good stuff.
XL TORTA AL LIMONE
An incredible, zesty lemon tart topped with a generous layer of Italian meringue fresh and indulgent.
COSTATA DI MANZO (TO SHARE)
A 1.2 kg bone-in, dry-aged rib of beef, served with crispy potatoes and green salad, perfect for the center of the table.
CROCCHETTE DI VITELLO TONNATO
Our ultra-crispy take on vitello tonnato: slow-cooked veal croquettes, golden on the outside, served with tonnata sauce and capers.

Reservations are available exclusively on our website. We open bookings 30 days in advance, at 9:00 AM. If the website doesn’t offer your desired time slot, it unfortunately means we are fully booked. We recommend refreshing the page regularly, as some guests may cancel or modify their reservations.
We also welcome walk-in guests! We suggest arriving at the start of service (12:00 PM, 5:00–5:15 PM). If the restaurant is already full, we will provide you with an estimated waiting time. Unfortunately, there may be times when we are unable to seat you, but our team will do their best to find you a table.
Any changes (including date, time, and number of guests) must be made by the customer via the confirmation email.
If no availability is shown, it means we are fully booked and no further modifications are possible.
We take allergies and dietary requirements very seriously. We offer options for vegetarians, vegans, and certain other dietary restrictions. Please inform our team at the time of your reservation and upon arrival so we can offer suitable alternatives.
If you are unable to honor your reservation, please cancel it via the link provided in your confirmation email. This will allow other guests to enjoy the experience.
