At our trattoria in the heart of Haidhausen, two worlds come together in a match made in foodie heaven: Munich’s love for beer and our grande passione for Italian food. For the occasion, our kitchen squadra, led by Chef Thomas Carraro, has created a limited selection of à la carte specials, giving Italian classics a Bavarian twist with the rich, aromatic flavours of Franziskaner Weissbier Dunkel.
From crispy pulled pork croquettes and paccheri with salsiccia and beer ragù to slow-cooked lamb and a sweet Oktoberfest finale, Bella Italia is getting into the Oktoberfest spirit for a few very special weeks.
Prost, salute & buon appetito!

Our Limited-Edition Oktoberfest Menu at Giorgia Trattoria
For our Oktoberfest special in Munich, our kitchen squadra has created a few seriously indulgent dishes. The star of the show? Franziskaner Weissbier Dunkel, bringing rich, malty notes to a selection of our Italian creations.
First up, our Crocchette di Pulled Pork alla Birra: golden and beautifully crispy on the outside, filled with tender pulled pork and served with a creamy beer mayo. The perfect way to kick off a long feast with the whole squadra.
Next, things get molto italiano. Our Paccheri with Salsiccia Beer Ragù pair perfectly al dente pasta with a rich ragù made from Italian salsiccia, slowly cooked with dark wheat beer. Hearty, creamy and just what you need for those cooler September days in Munich.
Still hungry? Say ciao to our Agnello alla Birra. Tender regional lamb is slowly braised in beer and served with rich, creamy polenta. Italian soul food meets the flavours of Bavarian beer culture.
And because no one should ever leave Giorgia without dolce, our Oktoberfest Sundae is waiting for the gran finale. A seriously sweet finish with creamy craft beer ice cream and a delicate hint of beer.
All our Oktoberfest specials at Giorgia Trattoria are available for a limited time only, from 18 September to 4 October 2026. View menu

Spaten Beer on Tap: A Taste of Munich’s Beer Tradition
What would Oktoberfest in Munich be without a freshly poured Maß?
To pair with our Italian Oktoberfest specials, we’re serving ice-cold Spaten beer straight from the tap in proper 1-litre steins at Giorgia.
It’s where our Italian cucina meets true Munich beer tradition. Whether you’re tucking into the paccheri, crocchette or slow-braised lamb, a freshly poured Spaten is the perfect finishing touch to our Italo-Oktoberfest.
Grab your amici, order a few dishes to share and raise a glass together. Cin cin & Prost!
