A suave, elegant homage to Italian tradition, whether that be a trattoria in Palermo, Sicily or a family run ristorante nestled in America. Start with a couple of Bardolino rosé wine, then treat yourself to an indulgent burrata with truffle from the Appenine, or homemade Spaghettoni with Datterini tomato sauce and lobster… the fancy dining your loved one was asking for.

Sweep up the staircase and take a seat in front of our open kitchen framed in gold, where you’ll spot the basque grill cooking to perfection a Big T-Bone steak to share. Nestled in the beautiful Chamberlain Square, this is our romantically wild ristorante decorated with handmade Murano glass chandeliers, and seven-metre-long woven curtains, for you to make you feel like you’ve just landed in Perugia. On the menu: crispy Neapolitan pizza, handmade pasta and glorious fritti.

Benvenuto to Circolo Popolare, Sicily in the very heart of Manchester. Whether you’re planning an Italian lunch with your BFF or an elegant dinner with your beloved mum, our menu is packed with the freshest Italian prodotti: thin slices of Prosciutto di Parma DOP, homemade pasta with fried aubergine and to finish, creamy vanilla rice pudding.
A SPECIAL GRAZIE TO OUR SMALL ITALIAN PRODUCERS…
Between a warm handmade focaccia, and an indulgent Italian burrata, we must take a moment to say grazie to our beloved produttori... We’re talking more than 150 suppliers across Italy, each one providing us with the freshest, seasonal prodotti for us to craft a menu that brings together Italian classic recipes and new twists from our maestri chefs.
It all starts with our generous 250g burratas from Sapori di Puglia, born in the heart of Andria over a century ago, and continues north to Caseificio Gennari in Parma, a true institution when it comes to Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. Then, our indulgent Prosciutto di Parma DOP from the kings of ham, Paolo and Gianfranco Rossini: think tender and thin slices served with crispy homemade grissini and indulgent Mozzarella di Bufala, straight from the Caseificio delle Rose, crafted in the very heart of Naples, in Campania.
And of course, the star on our menu: Alfredo Romani’s truffles. From the delicate aroma of white truffle to the deep, earthy notes of black, each tartufo is hand-selected from the Italian Apennines to bring that rich flavour your palate is asking for.

Let’s take a walk on the wine side and explore our selection of Cocktail and Virgin options, all crafted with tanto amore from our squadra of bartenders: Antonio, Aurora, Ilaria… we’ll always raise our glasses and cin-cin for you.
Behind the gleaming bar at Barbarella, maestro Daniele is shaking up an Eastern twist on the classic Negroni: Cinnamon and saffron infused Beefeater gin, Martini Rosso vermouth, Campari… the perfect match with the freshest lobster with homemade Spaghettoni. Want to go more classic? Nothing can go wrong with a Pistacchi-tini: Absolut vodka, pistacchio, espresso… Our Italian tiramisù is asking for it.
As our beloved Antonio loves to say, all important conversations happen in front of a glass of wine.. So why not have two?
