Role Purpose:

The Communications, Events & Guest Experience Manager is responsible for the restaurant’s brand image, guest relationship quality, and community development across both B2C (end guests) and B2B (partners, companies, conciergeries, hotels, agencies, etc.).

The role ensures a consistent guest experience before, during, and after the visit, while driving brand visibility and commercial opportunities through communication, events, and external relationships.

He/She acts as a bridge between operations, local management, the France Communication team, and relevant central teams, supporting commercial performance, reputation, and brand consistency.

Reporting Line

Hierarchically reports to the Restaurant General Manager for all activities related to:

• Guest experience B2C

• B2B relationships and partnerships

• Groups, events, and privatizations

• Complaints and sensitive guest situations

• Revenue development through events and corporate segments
  
  

Functionally reports to the Communication Manager France for:

• Communication strategy

• Brand image and positioning

• Content, social media, and communication materials

• Campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives

• Brand tone of voice and visual consistency
  
  

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Experience & Relationship (B2C)

● Ensure a premium guest experience at every touchpoint (before, during, and after the visit).

● Manage special requests, VIP guests, complaints, and guest feedback with responsiveness, diplomacy, and professionalism.

● Monitor online reviews and booking platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, TheFork, etc.) and coordinate responses.

● Implement guest loyalty actions (guest database, invitations, targeted communications, events).

● Analyze guest feedback and propose continuous improvement actions for the guest journey.

2. Guest Relationship, Events & Business Development (B2B)

● Develop and maintain relationships with local partners: hotels, conciergeries, companies, event agencies, clubs, institutions.

● Identify new B2B collaboration opportunities (groups, corporate events, privatizations).

● Manage and follow up on group, event, and privatization requests in coordination with operations teams.

● For all privatization requests, systematically coordinate with the central privatizations team to ensure alignment on processes, commercial conditions, and group standards.

● Represent the restaurant at external events, networking occasions, and local initiatives.

● Contribute to revenue growth through groups, privatizations, and corporate segments.

3. Communication & Brand Image

● Manage the restaurant’s online and offline communication in coordination with the Communication Manager France, in line with brand identity.

● Coordinate content creation and publication (social media, internal materials).

● Ensure all restaurant information is accurate and updated across digital platforms.

● Roll out centrally defined campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives at local level and nurturing partnerships.

● Ensure consistency of tone, visuals, and brand positioning across all touchpoints.

4. Events & Community Engagement

● Support the organization of internal events (special evenings, collaborations, launches, thematic experiences).

● Contribute to creating attractive experiences that strengthen the restaurant’s community.

● Develop local brand awareness through strategic partnerships and targeted activations.

● Coordinate between guests, partners, operations teams, and relevant central teams during events.

5. Internal Coordination

● Work closely with Management, Floor teams, and Kitchen to ensure operational feasibility of guest and event requests.

● Regularly share guest insights, market feedback, and business opportunities with management.

● Support floor teams during high-volume services or VIP presence when needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Revenue from events, privatizations, and groups & related customer satisfaction

● Conversion rate of event inquiries into confirmed bookings

● Social media growth and engagement rate

● Number of new B2B partners activated

• Gérer en autonomie une des parties de la cuisine dans une brigade de 5 à 10 personnes.

🎯 Mission

Maximize revenue performance across Big Mamma restaurants by orchestrating booking optimization, business insights, and revenue-related projects. The Revenue Ops Manager ensures that every revenue lever, from SevenRooms configuration to new booking channels, is fully optimized, while preserving the guest experience and the DNA of Big Mamma.

🚀 Core Responsibilities & Success Metrics

REVENUE OPTIMIZATION & BOOKING PERFORMANCE

• Act as the internal expert for SevenRooms across all restaurants.

• Define, implement and monitor yield strategies.

• Ensure optimized configuration: pacing rules, seating algorithms, dining durations, waitlists, booking flows in coordination with GMs.

• Adjust dynamically based on performance, seasonality, weather and demand patterns.

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & REVENUE ANALYSIS

• Define and monitor key KPIs across booking, conversion and revenue in coordination with the data team

• Monitor booking and revenue performance at restaurant and group level and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities

• Identify key growth levers (booking mix, channel performance, client mix…)

• Translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

OPERATIONS PARTNERSHIP & TRAINING

• Train and support restaurant teams on SevenRooms and revenue best practices.

• Ensure strong adoption and execution.

• Collaborate closely with Ops on performance improvement and peak periods.

MARKETING & WEB PARTNERSHIP

• Support campaigns, events and seasonal activations via SevenRooms setup.

• Monitor and optimize booking performance during campaigns.

• Improve website-to-booking conversion with Web teams.

• Align booking logic with UX and customer journey.

REVENUE PROJECTS & CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT

• Lead cross-functional revenue projects.

• Launch and optimize new booking channels (partnerships, concierge, platforms…).

• Coordinate with Product, Tech and Web teams on tools and integrations.

• Test new initiatives and measure impact.

BRAND PROTECTION & EXPERIENCE QUALITY

• Ensure all revenue initiatives remain aligned with Big Mamma’s DNA.

Avec le support de la Directrice Générale de Napoli Gang, tu joues un rôle clé dans le développement de la marque. Tu es responsable du déploiement de la stratégie de communication. Tu as l’ambition et l’énergie pour propulser Napoli Gang to the moon !

• Structurer et déployer une communication 360° cohérente

• Piloter la stratégie d’ouverture d’un nouveau restaurant en juin

• Activer les leviers locaux (terrain + digital) pour générer du trafic

Communication forte, cool & singulière

• Gestion des réseaux sociaux de Napoli Gang :

  • Instagram : mise en place d’un calendrier éditorial dense (post quotidien) & analyse des résultats

  • Tiktok : mise en place d’un calendrier éditorial dense (post quotidien) & analyse des résultats

  • Facebook : relai des posts & animation de la communauté

• Création de contenu et storytelling :

  • Création de contenu inspirants, fun et viraux pour les différents supports de Napoli Gang (Réseaux sociaux dont Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Google, Newsletter, Sunday, Deliverect, etc.)

• Strat & Analytique :

  • Mise en place d’une review mensuelle (analyse des résultats + partage des innovations observées grâce à la veille)

  • Élaborer un calendrier stratégique et fourni pour suivre les différents projets

  • Être force de proposition, proposer de nouveaux formats, de nouveaux projets sur les réseaux sociaux et autres

• Créativité/Inspirations :

  • Mettre en place une veille active et riche pour être informé des changement d'algorithmes et mises à jours de plateformes

  • Faire les demandes pour toutes ressources nécessaires (abonnements, événements, etc.)

• Qualité du service client :

  • Superviser des échanges fluides et fun avec la communauté

Projets Communication et Marketing

• Mise à jour des supports de communication :

  • Nouveau site web de Napoli Gang

  • Être rigoureux sur la similitude des informations pour le référencement SEO et le renforcer en proposant de nouvelles méthodes de référencement (intégrer un résumé dans la review mensuelle)

  • Création de supports de communication en cohérence avec l’identité graphique sur tout le territoire (menu, programmation, etc.)

• Événements spéciaux (nouvelle carte, nouvel événement : coupe du monde, nouvel an, etc) :

  • Contribuer aux stratégies de la marque sur l’axe communication (shooting, wording, website, social media, relation presse, relation influence, etc.)

• Partenariats/opé communauté :

  • Accompagner et proposer des partenariats pertinents et stratégiques physiques et digitaux

  • Participer aux projets de communication pour la partie B2B

• Communication des ouvertures de restaurants :

  • Élaborer un plan de communication 360° (RP, digital, réseaux sociaux, influence, événements locaux, street marketing)

  • Créer un kit de lancement adaptable par point de vente (outils visuels, messages clés, storytelling)

  • Définir le calendrier des actions de communication avant, pendant et après les ouvertures

  • Coordination avec les équipes opérationnelles

MISSIONS:

Relation client

• Répondre aux messages clients reçus via email et WhatsApp.
  Gérer les demandes liées :

  • aux réservations (prise de réservation)

  • aux visites passées (questions, retours, réclamations)

  • aux visites à venir (tags, info complémentaires : exemple poussette, espace spécifique dans le restaurant…)

  • aux réservations de groupes ou événements particuliers - en relation avec les trattorie

Support aux restaurants

• Faire le lien entre les équipes restaurants et les clients afin de trouver rapidement les meilleures solutions (groupe blink : FAST PASS - TRATTO).

• Transmettre les demandes spécifiques aux équipes opérationnelles et assurer leur bon suivi.

• Aider les restaurants à gérer les demandes clients complexes ou sensibles qui ne peuvent pas être traitées sur sevenrooms.

Amélioration de l’expérience client

• Être disponible, à l’écoute et réactif pour accompagner les clients dans toutes leurs demandes.

• Participer à maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client sur l’ensemble des restaurants du groupe.

Contribution au développement des réservations

• Identifier les opportunités de cross bookings entre restaurants lorsque la disponibilité est limitée.

• Orienter les clients vers les restaurants du groupe les plus adaptés à leur demande.

• Contribuer à optimiser le taux de réservation grâce à un accompagnement client fluide et efficace.

• 7Rooms – gestion des réservations / profil clients et visibilité des tables disponibles / optimisables

Profil recherché

As Facility Manager (Germany), you will lead the facilities strategy across our German estate, with potential future international scope. Reporting to the Group Maintenance Director, you will define and implement a proactive, efficient, and scalable maintenance model that ensures operational excellence, cost control, and the highest standards across all restaurants. Your mission: move from reactive to preventative maintenance while supporting growth and protecting our assets.

What You’ll Do

• Maintenance & Asset Strategy: Implement and manage a strong Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme; oversee minor refurbishments, asset replacements, and equipment upgrades; minimise downtime and operational disruption; ensure full statutory compliance, warranty alignment, and adherence to B-Corp & ISO50001 standards.

• Contractor & Supplier Management: Select, negotiate, and manage specialist contractors; define KPIs/SLIs and hold suppliers accountable; build and maintain a reliable contractor network across Germany; ensure high-quality service delivery at optimal cost.

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Process Design

• Process Development & Standardisation
  Design, implement and continuously improve structured, efficient and scalable recruitment processes across Headquarters and local offices, tailored by population and seniority. Ensure processes are properly documented, tracked and maintained within the ATS, guaranteeing data quality and reporting accuracy.

• Hiring Manager Capability Building
  Train and support hiring managers across departments and countries on selection methodologies, interview best practices and structured evaluation tools, with the aim of improving hiring quality, consistency and decision-making.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategic Partnership

• Cross-Functional Partnership
  Act as a strategic partner for stakeholders at all organisational levels, from department heads to Executive Committee members, to understand business needs, define talent priorities and ensure effective and timely recruitment delivery.

• Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline
  Contribute to succession planning initiatives by anticipating future talent needs and building proactive pipelines of internal and external candidates for key and critical roles.

3. Employer Branding & Diversity Initiatives

• Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives
  Support and implement initiatives aimed at strengthening diversity and inclusion across the organisation, ensuring fair, unbiased and inclusive recruitment practices.

• Employer Branding & Communication
  Collaborate with Corporate Communications and HR teams to enhance the employer brand and its visibility across local and international markets.

4. Pre and Onboarding (Group-Level)

• Onboarding Framework Design
  Design, structure and continuously improve a standardised Group-level onboarding framework for corporate roles, ensuring alignment with company culture, compliance requirements and best practices.

• Collaboration with Local HR Teams
  Partner with HR Country Teams and Heads of People to adapt and deploy onboarding processes locally, balancing global consistency with local regulations and practices.

5. HR Development & Talent Management Support

• Talent Management & Development Projects
  Support and contribute to Group-level HR Development initiatives, including talent management programmes, career path frameworks.

• HR Tools & Process Improvement
  Participate in the design, improvement and optimisation of HR tools and systems (e.g. ATS, talent review tools, competency frameworks), ensuring usability, consistency and alignment with business and employee needs.

Profile

• 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition within an international environment

Stagiaire hygiène et sécurité des aliments (F/H)🚀🍕

MISSIONS :

Tu accompagneras la Responsable Qualité dans l’analyse et la mise en conformité de nos restaurants en France sur les enjeux liés à l'hygiène et la sécurité des aliments. Tu pourras également intervenir sur des projets transverses, notamment en lien avec les thématiques environnementales.

Réalisation des audits d’hygiène :

• Évaluation des pratiques d'hygiène : visites des restaurants pour observer les pratiques, les équipements, les environnements de travail et échanges avec les équipes pour identifier les risques spécifiques à chaque établissement.

• Analyse des risques (chimiques, physiques, microbiologiques...) selon une méthodologie définie

• Élaboration ou mise à jour des rapports d’audit.

Rédaction des KPI :

• Suivi et analyse des indicateurs clés de performance liés à l'hygiène et la sécurité des aliments.

• Synthèse et diffusion des bulletins d’analyse aux parties prenantes concernées.

Accompagnement des restaurants :

• Aide à la mise en place de plans d’action correctifs suite aux audits.

• Rédaction de documents et supports d’affichage liés à l’hygiène des aliments.

• Sensibilisation et formation des équipes sur les bonnes pratiques d’hygiène.
  

QUALITÉS REQUISES :

• Tu es actuellement en formation dans le domaine de l'hygiène alimentaire, de la sécurité des aliments ou équivalent et tu recherches un stage ou une alternance dans le cadre de cette formation.

• Curieux(se), rigoureux(se), structuré(e) et à l’aise avec le terrain et la communication.

• Tu as une bonne connaissance de la réglementation en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité des aliments et tu es à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Une connaissance des règles d’hygiène et sécurité des conditions de travail et / ou hygiène, sécurité, environnement serait un plus.

• Bien que rattaché(e) au siège, ce poste est résolument terrain : tu iras régulièrement au contact des équipes dans nos restaurants pour comprendre leurs besoins et accompagner la mise en place des actions HSE.

Stage de Contrôleur de Gestion – Paris ( 6 mois)

MISSIONS:

• Contrôle de gestion : vous aidez à la production des états financiers mensuels (P&L, bilan et cash flow) et des reportings au groupe et analysez la performance par rapport aux projections

• Budget et projections financières : vous aidez à la production des budgets et reforecasts, ainsi que des business plans pour les projets d’ouverture

• Suivi des investissements : construction et analyse des données historiques d’investissements, suivi des BPs

• Analyses ponctuelles : construction d’analyses spécifiques en fonction des problématiques rencontrées (énergie, focus sur un restaurant en particulier…), participation à des chantiers RSE (bilan carbone, …)

Scope : France,Allemagne, Italie et Belgique

QUALITÉS REQUISES

• Bonne connaissance de la finance d’entreprise

• Fiabilité et rigueur

• Appétence opérationnelle

• Très bonne maitrise d’Excel
