Take the Rue du Faubourg and enter East Mamma, our very first restaurant. Just steps away from Bastille, this traditional trattoria celebrates authentic Italian cuisine and its traditions. In the kitchen, Chef Giuseppe crafted a delicious menu, filled with fresh and seasonal produce sourced directly from our beloved Italian suppliers. Grab the fork and a glass of Pinot, it’s time to dive into warm homemade focaccia served with thin slices of 24 months-old Prosciutto di Parma DOP, creamy Spaghettone cacio e pepe, and crispy Neapolitan pizza, such as the smoky Stracciatella Versace, with fresh basil pesto and taggiasche olives. If you want to have it all, order a Gianduja Mia, our naughty dessert with layers of chocolate and lots of love. And for drinks? The squadra behind the bar has the shaker in hand, ready to blend some of the iconic classici and playful twists, like the decadent Candy Crush… cin cin!

SPAGHETTONI ALLE VONGOLE
A classic from the Italian coast: clams, garlic, briny juices, and Datterini tomatoes bringing it all together. Perfectly textured spaghettoni with that lingering taste of the sea.
PROFITEROLE AL PISTACCHIO
A generous, soft choux bun filled with smooth pistachio ice cream, all topped with hot chocolate. Definitely not here to play it safe.
PIZZA CRUDO BUFALINA
Creamy mozzarella, thinly sliced prosciutto crudo, and fresh arugula on a tomato base. A pizza that plays with contrasts: warm, fresh, rich, and savory always a hit.
MAFALDINE AL TARTUFO
A permanent favorite. Mafaldine coated in a rich mascarpone truffle cream, generously topped with fresh truffle.
ARANCINI AL TARTUFO
Golden arancini with an ultra-creamy truffle and melted mozzarella center. Gooey on the inside, crispy on the outside.

Reservations are available exclusively on our website. We open bookings 30 days in advance, at 9:00 AM. If the website doesn’t offer your desired time slot, it unfortunately means we are fully booked. We recommend refreshing the page regularly, as some guests may cancel or modify their reservations.
We also welcome walk-in guests! We suggest arriving at the start of service (12:00 PM, 5:00–5:15 PM). If the restaurant is already full, we will provide you with an estimated waiting time. Unfortunately, there may be times when we are unable to seat you, but our team will do their best to find you a table.
Any changes (including the date, time, and number of guests) must be made by the customer via the confirmation email.
If no availability is shown, it means we are fully booked and no further modifications are possible.
We take allergies and dietary requirements very seriously. We offer options for vegetarians, vegans, and certain other dietary restrictions. Please inform our team at the time of your reservation and upon arrival so we can provide suitable alternatives.
If you are unable to honor your reservation, please cancel it via the link provided in your confirmation email. This will allow other guests to enjoy the experience.
In the event of a no-show, a fee may be applied in accordance with our reservation policy.
