A suave, elegant homage to Italian tradition, whether that be a trattoria in Palermo, Sicily or a family run ristorante in Oakland, New Jersey. We are paying tribute to the Italians who packed up their bags, recipes and heritage and took them across the pond to create a wealth of new Italian cultures. Just like our squadra when they set their boots in London in 2019.
Now, we’ve been here for 4 years, and we have to concede… you Brits know a thing or two about great food (baked beans aside…), and Head Chef Armando armed with new recipes from his Nonna Gina to Alfredo Viazzi needed some BIG ingredients. So being true cosmopolitans, we’ve got a menu stuffed full of the finest British produce we could get our mitts on.
