Villa Capri is our trattoria, reminiscent of a 70s Italian villa in the heart of Capri, with its sunny, retro decor in Madrid's bustling Barrio Salesas neighborhood. Here, we oscillate between land and sea with a central bar surrounded by 1,500 bottles of vintage spirits and sea creatures, where we enjoy divine Lobster Lover spaghetti or Carbomamma with Tuscan guanciale and pecorino.
