At the stove, Chef Michele showcases local produce, from classics to lesser-known favorites, including, among other delights, a Lobster Risotto with Frutti di Mare, a delicately breaded Gran Cotoletta Alla Milanese, and a selection of rare meats seared to perfection on our Basque grill.
