BURRATINA E PAPPA AL POMODORO
Our burrata, brought straight from Puglia, served with a rich pappa al pomodoro made from slow-roasted tomatoes.
LA GRAN CARBONARA
A proper showstopper at the centre of the table. Homemade spaghetti served inside a wheel of pecorino from our producer Murgia and finished with authentic Tuscan guanciale.
PROFITEROLE ALLA NAPOLETANA
Our Neapolitan take on the classic profiterole: choux pastry filled with vanilla ice cream and caramelised walnuts, topped with an irresistible Valrhona dark chocolate sauce.
